From an idea
to release.

Start with an idea, a question, or something you want to improve. Brainstorm, explore an approach, make a change, and examine the result. Each step gives you something concrete to review.

You direct the work. Your AI team brings four perspectives: Chris Three, Chief Technology Officer, Command Line, and the Design Department. The following chapters introduce each one in plain language.

You do not need a finished brief. Chris Three is your personal consultant to brainstorm, plan, and ideate. Tell Chris Three what you are curious about, what feels difficult, or what you would like to make possible.

Explore ideas together. Share a website, sketch, document, or reference if you have one. Talk through the people it could help, the outcome you want, and any limits on time, budget, or tools.

For example: “I want people to book my services more easily. Can we brainstorm what that experience could look like?”

Your conversation becomes a useful brief: a shared direction and a way to recognize progress.

Chris Three

Your personal consultant to brainstorm, plan, and ideate. A consummate professional artist, shaped by Christopher Hannan’s taste and experience.

The story of Chris Three

Christopher created Chris Three as his digital avatar in 2013 to teach people how to make their own websites. The “Three” represents the three arts through which he expresses his mastery: Digital Arts, Holistic Arts, and Performing Arts.

Performing Arts brings the art of communication to digital expression through motion, voice, and theatrical undertones.

Christopher continues to imprint his taste and knowledge, earned through experience, into the Chris Three AI overlay in AIDRP. This is a 13-year culmination of intent sharing a three decades long practice.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO): your technical guide. Explains how the project can work, compares options, and prepares a practical plan.

Command Line: your building partner. Makes the agreed changes through authorized tools or gives you clear instructions to follow. Command Line brings back the results for review; you will also see it shortened to CL.

the Design Department (DD): shapes the visual experience, from typography and imagery to layout, color, and motion.

These perspectives work together as needed. You stay the Director: share your intention, review the work, and guide the next step.

Review the recommendation before the work begins. It should explain what will change, why that approach fits, and which dependencies or unanswered questions affect it.

Break the work into small, reviewable steps. Agree on the first checkpoint and what will demonstrate that it works. For design work, that may be a working page; for a feature, a complete user flow.

Confirm the scope and authorize the changes. New discoveries can change the plan; they should be explained while there is still time to make a useful decision.

Work from the agreed plan and the actual project. Where your AI environment has authorized tools, it can make the change directly. Otherwise, Command Line gives you a complete command block and identifies where to run it.

For a Terminal step, copy and paste the block. It saves a named .txt results report on your Desktop. Attach that report to the same Command Line conversation so the result can be inspected.

If a command fails or the report is missing, bring back what happened. Resolve that step before building further on it.

Open the actual page or feature and use it. Follow the task from beginning to end. Check a narrow screen, a wider screen, keyboard interaction, and the states your visitors will encounter.

For visual work, inspect typography, spacing, imagery, color, and motion together. In Styles, you can explore design systems, palettes, and motion independently.

Ask for a clear account: what changed, what was tested, where you can review it, and what remains unresolved. Compare the result with the success measure in your brief.

Make feedback specific. Point to the part that needs attention and describe the desired result: “Keep this layout; give the title more space and slow the entrance.”

Revise, then repeat the relevant checks. When the result meets the brief, approve the release to the intended environment and verify the published version.

Keep the decisions, changed files, and validation notes with the project. They give the next session a reliable starting point. For guided practice, continue in Learn.
